1. Service Scope
GoldenLuxe provides mobile car wash and detailing services across Dubai. Services are performed at the client’s location based on the booking details submitted online or via WhatsApp.
2. Booking & Payment
Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or direct contact. Full payment is required on the day of service, either in cash or through an approved method. Prices listed are in AED and may vary based on service area and vehicle type.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be fully charged. No refunds are issued once the service is completed, but clients may request a free correction within 24 hours in case of dissatisfaction.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure vehicle access and accurate location details. GoldenLuxe is not liable for delays caused by restricted access or incorrect information.
5. Liability
Our team uses professional-grade tools and products with care. However, GoldenLuxe is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage or for incidents resulting from inaccurate client information.
6. Privacy & Data
All personal data is handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy, used solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
7. Changes to Terms
GoldenLuxe reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
