​At GoldenLuxe Dubai, we offer premium mobile car wash and detailing services tailored for luxury vehicles across the city. We aim to deliver excellence with every visit, and your satisfaction matters to us.
 

Cancellations

Clients may cancel their appointments at least 24 hours in advance at no cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable, and the full service fee will be charged.

This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures our detailing experts are compensated for reserved time slots.
 

Refund Policy

GoldenLuxe Dubai does not offer refunds once a car wash or detailing service has been completed, as our work involves time, labor, and products that cannot be reversed.

However, if you're not satisfied with the result, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours. We’ll be happy to review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a free touch-up or corrective visit to make it right.

We are committed to delivering the best car care in Dubai and will always do our best to meet your expectations.
 

No-shows

If our technician arrives at your location at the scheduled time and you are unavailable, unresponsive, or fail to grant access, the full payment will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
